In this new release,  new web screens have been introduced and some great new features to support a customers’ sales despatch process. Below is a taster of the new web screens, features and functionality but check out the detailed What's New Datasheet for further information.

• SOP (Sales Order Processing) Despatch Web Screens - Providing the best user experience, via
  a flexible, accessible, and modern Business Management solution, is why we continue to improve
  and add to the web screen (and web browser) functionality available within Sage 200. This release
  of Sage 200 (all variants) includes SOP despatch web screens extending the sales efficiency,
  customer service, and service expectations when creating a Sales Order for a customer.
• SOP Despatch: Tracking Information - Automating the tracking process for Sage 200 customers
  by adding a tracking link to see the progress of an order online. This will save time and give an
  improved customer experience while meeting the continuing increased expectations of your
  customers and moving towards automation. The link can also be added to a despatch note to allow
  their customers to automate the tracking process.
• Intrastat Changes for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland - Changes to the rules around
  Intrastat in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are included in this update to help all
  businesses stay complaint with the changes to imports and exports. Stay compliant with all the
  latest legislation confident Sage 200 will help you navigate the constantly changing legislation.

Finally, the migration tool from Sage 50cloud to Sage 200 Professional has also been updated.
